No, we won’t. Tor is designed to defend human rights and privacy by preventing anyone from censoring things, even us. Even though we think the content is vile, we can't get rid of them without also undermining human rights activists, journalists, and other good uses of Tor. Adding what would essentially be a backdoor to let us or others censor or surveil people would open up our more vulnerable users to attacks.
