Why should we meditate?
Daily meditation gives the short term benefit of stress release and the medium term benefit of increased creativity, productivity and general good fortune and luck.
Longer term it offers the keys to awakening consciousness to a new level so we can perform what looks like magic to others. It also delays the degeneration of our neurons and it is thought that every minute spent meditating gets added to our longevity by allowing us to live weller for longer.
Like planting a tree, the best time to start is yesterday and the second best time is today.
Meditation helps raise self-awareness, consciousness, increases your cognitive functions, improves your memory and is a great stress reliever. Those are the things that it does it you on the very first steps. The more you progress, the more you unlock of what is sealed in your mind.
