What do you recommend for breakfast to keep you going until lunchtime?
I tried every cereal, from cornflakes to muesli, for breakfast and I would never be satisfied. I’ll alternate between one week of fruit smoothies and one week of vegetables. A fruit one can consist of fresh strawberries and a banana, some frozen berries and coconut water or almond milk. A vegetable one can be made with spinach, beetroot, ginger, apple or pear. They offer a quick way to eat on the go and are a good way to fuel the body!
